The Breakfast Pockets Pockets Collection was made so you don’t have to choose between having a hot, delicious breakfast and doing the other hundred things on your to-do list. With McCain’s Breakfast Pockets Pockets Collection, you can take Breakfast Pockets to-go and enjoy them hotter longer.

Where were the Breakfast Pockets Pockets made?

The full Breakfast Pockets Pockets Collection was designed in Canada. All garments were manufactured in Vancouver, BC.

What are Breakfast Pockets?

Breakfast Pockets are the newest addition to the McCain Pockets family. With only a 90-second prep time, Breakfast Pockets are the perfect breakfast for a busy schedule. With a combination of real egg, bacon, and cheese, these McCain Breakfast Pockets are wrapped in a crispy crust that makes it easy to eat on the go.

Can I buy Breakfast Pockets Pockets/try them on in person anywhere?

No. This collection is an online exclusive only.

I missed the entire collection. Will you be restocking/bringing out more?

We’re sorry you missed the drop! While we don’t have plans for an immediate restock, keep your eyes out for more McCain Pockets swag in the future.

Where do the proceeds from Breakfast Pockets Pockets go?

Proceeds from the Breakfast Pockets Pockets Collection will benefit Toonies for Tummies and student nutrition programs that provide healthy breakfasts to the growing number of children —1 in 3— who are at risk of going to school hungry. Learn more here.

Returns & Cancellations

What is your return policy?

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible to be returned.

There is something missing/ defective/not what I ordered. What do I do?

Please contact us at pocketspockets@rethinkcanada.com. Have your order number on hand. Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email.

If the item is damaged, take a photo of the item and email it to our Customer Experience team at pocketspockets@rethinkcanada.com with a description of the damage.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Once an order has been placed, all sales are final and can’t be changed or cancelled. 

If you’ve written the wrong shipping address, please contact pocketspockets@rethinkcanada.com to change it.

Order Status & Shipping

I bought my item as a pre-order, when will it arrive?

All pre-ordered items are expected to ship the first week of November and arrive in the middle of November. You will receive a shipping notification via email when your item has been shipped.

I placed an order but never received a confirmation email. What do I do?

It is likely that you made a spelling mistake when typing your email in your customer profile. Please contact us at pocketspockets@rethinkcanada.com so we can resolve the issue.

I received a confirmation email but have not received a shipping notification, what now?

There are several reasons why your order may have not shipped. 

The Breakfast Pockets Pockets Collection is being launched first as a pre-order and will begin shipping in the first week of November.

If you placed an order after the pre-order period and still haven’t received a shipping notification, our security system may have held your order over risk of being fraudulent or need additional review or verification. When this happens, our customer service team will reach out to you directly via email.

In other cases, there might have been a holiday in Canada or a high volume of orders that might slow down our processing times.

We appreciate your patience.

How do I know if my package has shipped and is on its way?

Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive another email with shipping information. Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier (Canada Post) has picked up your package from our distribution center. Please use Canada Post's tracking features to determine when your package has been picked up and is in transit.

Please allow two to three business days from the time you place your order for its status to update.

Do you ship internationally?

We only ship within Canada.

There's been a mix-up with the mail courier. My package was delivered to the wrong address/says it has been delivered but has not/there hasn't been a tracking update in a few days.

The first thing you should do is contact your courier service directly. Once the package leaves our warehouse we are no longer responsible for it and won't have any information to offer you. However, we are more than happy to help you open a claim if the courier service has lost your package.
